We are pleased to announce that this coming February we shall be running 3 workshops in partnership with Laffort - the market-leaders for oenological products.
The workshops will focus on wine stability and preparation for bottling, focusing on filtration processes and fining procedures as well as tartaric and protein stability.
The events will take place at three vineyards in the UK - On the 6th of February at Bolney Wine Estate in West Susses. On the 7th of February at Three Choirs Vineyard in Gloucestershire. And New Hall Vineyards in Chelmsford will host the event on the 8th of February.
Results from over 20 English wine stability tests and MLF trials will also be presented and will be a fantastic opportunity to field questions to the Laffort Oenologists.
The event includes a lunch and wine tastings of different Laffort treatments and offers an excellent opportunity to discuss best practice surrounding treatments and bottling/closure choice.
