Tin
Traditionally the premium choice for the drinks industry, tin capsules provide a quality finish and work particularly well with complex bottle profiles. Capsules can be specially tapered for improved application results. Intricate top embossing designs, up to 4 colour side print and UV varnish techniques can all be utilised culminating in a top quality product to enhance any brand. Ideal for top of the range items, small production runs or personalised bottlings.
Polylaminate
A cost effective alternative to tin, polylaminate capsules are widely used throughout the industry with varying material thickness to suit different bottle profiles and enhance performance. As with tin these capsules can be embossed, side printed in up to 4 colours and have hot foil as an additional option to add glamour and style.
PVC
The least expensive off all capsule substrates pvc shrinks on to the bottle when heated. Ideal where cost is a priority or for profiles that do not lend themselves easily to a spun capsule. PVC can also be embossed and printed in up to 5 colours.
PET
Environmentally often seen as more acceptable than PVC, PET offers a further alternative in the heat shrink range.
