Temperature and cooling are expertly controlled to protect and preserve the hop resins and aromatics of each variety. Each batch is checked by HPLC to ensure uniformity and the hop pellets contain all their natural lupulin and cone material, vacuum packed they allow longer shelf life and can be used as a full replacement for whole hops.
